Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales through social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for sports and retail.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow Safaana Sports’ online presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
· Host engaging live selling sessions on TikTok and Facebook to showcase products and boost sales.
· Develop engaging content to attract and interact with potential customers.
· Promote and sell sporting goods products through targeted campaigns and advertisements.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages to provide excellent customer service.
· Monitor and analyze sales data and social media metrics to optimize strategies.
· Keep updated with the latest trends in social media and online retailing to identify new opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in online sales, social media marketing, or e-commerce.
· Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
· Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.
· Passion for sports and sporting goods is a plus.
· Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
